Return Policy
Eligibility
You may request a refund or exchange within 5 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Process

- Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.
- Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, or a replacement item will be sent to you.
